Rescheduling is permitted once within 60 days from the original booking date, subject to availability in our schedule. Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. To reschedule, you must contact us at support@almesktravelandtours.com at least 72 hours before the travel date; otherwise, the booking will be considered void. Punctuality and Conduct: Transportation will depart on time as scheduled. Smoking, Liquor, Alcohol beverages is strictly prohibited on all our transportation vehicles, including buses, yachts, and ferries as per Kuwait Law. Food and Beverages: Food and beverage options are available based on your choice of booking. Please inquire for details. Vehicle Usage: Al Mesk choose the transportation and Only Al Mesk Vehicle is use. Guests who do not abide by this policy may have their booking canceled without refund. Rescheduling Due to Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or technical issues, Al Mesk reserves the right to reschedule the tour.
